  Very convenient location just outside Spoleto with a beautiful view. Fabulous structure, new and furnished with taste and style. Excellent cleaning of the premises. Perfect breakfast with the exquisite homemade cakes by the lady. All accompanied by the kindness and helpfulness of the owners whom I thank again for allowing us to celebrate a special event with my family in the best possible way. 

 Outstanding - What liked: Everything. Wonderful location among the olive groves. Quiet and relaxing. The pool is beautiful and the owners are simply exquisite. Mrs. Elsa and her cakes are absolutely delicious! Clean and tastefully decorated apartment. 

 Structure truly cared for even in small details. The staff is perfect. Great location and view. Really exceptional rooms, taken us with a small garden. I will definitely return. Congratulations on everything.  

 We will definitely return to Umbria and certainly we will return to this farmhouse, cared for with love and passion in a wonderful context like that of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is amazing.
The owners (very kind and fantastic) have also "dusted off" the history of the farmhouse that they are happy to tell, complete with documents and period objects they found. 10 and praise. 

 Daniele and his parents, professional, kind, friendly and very honest people, a unique farmhouse. Gorgeous well refurbished and beautifully decorated simply gorgeous breakfast. We will definitely be back. 

 The beauty of this place cannot be described in words. The owners are very kind and always available. My family and I stayed in the annex, really wonderful and equipped with everything. There is also a swimming pool and barbecue. I would recommend it to everyone.
